Project exploring the journey and interaction for this questionnaire.

The user is guided through the form in steps, from the CTA pop up on the radio station's YouTube channel, to the way the sections are each presented whilst travelling through the form, keeping unwanted noise to a minimum (the form may get complex).

The question was:
What is the solution for presenting multi selection interfaces and how would this work responsively.

I also explored how this content was then presented back to the user, in this case a card based solution (I was entirely unaware that coincidentally this solution was in the early stages of exploration elsewhere in the company at the time).
